Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention on our contact form, which may process technical device and network information. Google Fonts are requested from Google's servers. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tags on this website. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Contact Forms and Service Providers

When you submit our contact form, your information is transmitted to a Cloudflare Worker form relay operated by Ledge Top Technologies LLC, which verifies an anti-abuse token and emails the submission to our business inbox using Google's Gmail SMTP service. The relay does not store form submissions in a separate database; copies may remain in recipient email accounts and provider logs under their retention settings.

Information Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, including: Cloudflare (website hosting, form relay, spam prevention), Google (fonts, email delivery), and AI service providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) used to assist with document preparation, project planning, and customer communications. Our AI providers operate under commercial agreements that prohibit the use of your data for model training. Data may also be shared when required by law or with your explicit permission.

AI-Assisted Processing

We use third-party artificial intelligence tools to assist with certain business operations, including project planning, document generation, and customer communications. Data shared with these providers is processed solely to deliver and improve our services to you. Our AI providers do not use your data to train their models.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry emails and project records for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal and business record obligations. Provider log retention is governed by each provider's policies.
